Between 2008 and 2010, Jon M Queen served as the official advisor to Ukraine’s National Agency of Ecological Investments while assisting the Foundation for the Development of Environmental and Energy Policy with its advocacy for the expansion of the Kyoto Protocol in Ukraine.  He is currently a Managing Director for the young boutique investment firm Jaspen Capital Partners with markets in the Central and Eastern European countries, but not before serving as a Director and head of international sales for the Phoenix Capital Investment Bank in Ukraine.
